Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled depending on the remaining appointment time. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be considered a no-show and the cancellation fee will apply.
